Enogastronomic Tour & Pizza School

In the morning, arrival at the farm by own transport or pick up agreement with the farmer, welcome drink on the Belvedere looking at Bay of Naples.

After that you'll take part in the guided tour.

Farm Tour:

During the morning, you'll visit the farm animals; walking through the vegetable garden, the farmer will explain you all the cultivation and production techniques. At the end you collect,by your hand, the seasonal products.

Wine Tasting:

Following, stop at the vineyard with explanation and wine tasting.

Limoncello Tasting

Next stop to the citrus grove with explanation and tasting of homemade limoncello.

Oil tasting:

Arrival at the oil area with explanation and tasting of own production.

Time to relax yourself in a dedicated area and then you will see all the production phases of Mozzarella and Caciottina with tasting.

PIZZA SCHOOL:

Finally....Be a real PIZZAIOLO!!!

You will attend the demonstration of the preparation of the Queen: Pizza!

Enjoy the lunch based on typical seasonal products:a rich appetizer of cold cuts, cheeses, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, pizza, homemade cake, wine and water offer by the farmer.
